Cat Vaccinations

8 Weeks            

  • Physical Exam, FVRCP #1, Fecal Examination to check for intestinal parasites, Feline Leukemia/Aids Test, Deworming, apply flea/heartworm preventative

12 Weeks           

  • Physical Exam, FVRCP #2, Rabies 1 yer, Deworming, Leukemia vaccination if going outdoors. Continue with monthly flea/heartworm preventative until first hard freeze in the Autumn

16 Weeks

  • Physical Exam, FVRCP #3, Leukemia vaccination #2 if going outdoors

1 Year                 

  • Physical Examination
  • FVRCP 1 year
  • Rabies 3 year (every 3rd year from now on)
  • Leukemia vaccination if outdoors (every year hereafter)
  • Fecal exam to check for intestinal parasites

2 Years

  • Physical Examination
  • FVRCP 3 year
  • Fecal exam to check for intestinal parasites
  • Continue with monthly flea/heartworm preventative until first hard freeze in the Autumn

3 Years

  • Physical Examination
  • Fecal examination to check for intestinal parasites
  • Dental cleaning if necessary
  • Continue with flea/heartworm preventative (every year)

  • All cats should have an initial Leukemia/Aids test.
  • All cats need a yearly physical examination.
  • All cats should have a yearly fecal exam for intestinal parasites.
  • All cats 8 years and older should have an annual Senior Wellness Blood Screen.
